# Webcast Recording | Spotahome’s Test-First Engineering Culture Using Cypress

August 23, 2019

By The Cypress Team

Last week, our VP of Marketing [Steven Yi](https://www.linkedin.com/in/steveyiwa/?ref=cypress-io.ghost.io), Spotahome's QA Automation Engineer [David Zambrana](https://twitter.com/DavidPanamera?ref=cypress-io.ghost.io), and Spotahome's Front-End Engineer [Borja Guzman](https://twitter.com/xack1991?ref=cypress-io.ghost.io) presented a live webcast on how the team is pursuing engineering excellence with Cypress.

Some of the key topics they covered include:

- How Spotahome created their capability by organizing into small agile teams
- Why the team is making testing an essential part of their culture
- A look into the team's Cypress usage - which is at over 100 test runs per week

The questions we received were all fantastic - thanks to all who attended the live broadcast via Zoom or YouTube Live, and to those who asked live questions and participated in live polls via Slido. ********************************You can watch the web****************cast ****************recording below****************:****************

We’d also like to give a shout out to the viewers who gave us some incredible feedback via our post-webcast survey. If you watched the webcast (live or on-demand) and completed the survey, keep an eye on your mailbox for a surprise!

If you enjoyed our webcast with Spotahome, stay tuned - we have many more broadcasts planned for the near future. To stay updated, follow us on [Twitter](https://twitter.com/Cypress_io?ref=cypress-io.ghost.io).

Until next time!
