# 15.11.0: Zero-spec CI runs, React SSR component tests, and security patches

Cypress 15.11.0 adds `--pass-with-no-tests`, so a CI run that matches no specs exits green instead of erroring, no more failed builds when dynamic filtering or quarantine leaves nothing to run. A new `<script data-cy-bootstrap>` hook lets you component-test React SSR apps (Next.js App Router, React Router 7) without hydration-mismatch noise, and the release widens CI-provider detection and patches five security CVEs.
