# 15.13.1: Lighter recording payloads, leaner CI runs, and a clearer intercept error

When you record to Cypress Cloud, Cypress now sends a smaller snapshot of your project config, and `cypress run` skips git lookups it never used in CI, so your runs spend less time on overhead.

`cy.intercept` now raises a clear error when a `delay` is too large to apply instead of silently ignoring it, and this release patches a `node-forge` CVE.
