15.4.0: Cypress Studio is on by default

Cypress Studio is now on by default, generate and edit tests by interacting with your app, no experimentalStudio flag required. This release also adds a Command Log dropdown to hide HTTP requests and a --posix-exit-codes flag so cypress run exits with code 1 on failure for cleaner CI.
