View Test Replays Locally via Cloud CLI

View Test Replay locally, just as you would in the Cloud, through the Cloud CLI. Agents can inspect the DOM at any point in a test recording to see the application's exact state at the moment something went wrong. This extends naturally to resolving flaky tests: agents can compare the DOM from passing attempts against the failed one to pinpoint what changed and caused the failure.
